Looking for a bargain?

What's being billed as the "biggest indoor garage sale fundraiser in the Tri-Cities" will take place on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 8: 30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sunday, Oct. 21 from 9: 30 a.m. to 1: 30 p.m. at Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary School, 1335 Dominion Ave. in PoCo.

Organizers say the sale attracts treasure hunters from across the Lower Mainland because of its wide range of "clean and tested reusable items at reasonable prices."

Items for sale will include new and used housewares, tools, small appliances, clothing, sporting goods and furniture.

Organizers say a special "boutique" section will be set up to sell the best of the best donations from, while the main sale will take place in the school's gym. Parent volunteers have spent the past few weeks sorting through the items.

Admission is $3 per person. If you're planning to attend, bring cash, since debit and credit card payments will not be accepted.
