Welcome to The NOW's Pet of the Month for June!

Meet the Coquitlam NOW's pet of the month for June, Murdoch. This Anmore feline enjoys the attention of whole Bennett household - Lori, Trevor, Jaden and Kian. A charismatic cat at the age of four, Murdoch was adopted from the SPCA as a kitten. His favourite toy is a pom pom ball that he loves to drop on the face of an unsuspecting and sleeping owner. His favourite treat is to lick your nose.

Meet boisterous Bonzai. Like Murdoch, he shares the company of the Bennett family of Anmore. A five-year-old Great Dane, he's know to enjoy apples and carrots, although unguarded timbits are also on his list of must-eats. His favourite toy is an old brown pillow.
This flower-loving puppy-at-heart is Purdy. The five-year-old Port Coquitlam dog lives with Sami and Monica Ko. Her favourite toy is a gingerbread man called 'Gingey,' and if you want to score points with Purdy you can achieve that goal with peanut butter Zukes.
Bright eyes and bushy tail are ways to describe Sasha of Coquitlam. This 11-year-old girl loves her chew sticks, says owner Flo McHale.
Say hello to Bubbles, a nine-month-old English Bulldog who calls Port Moody his hometown. Besides playing with a frisbee, Bubbles loves nothing more than to hang out with roommate Kosta, a five-pound Pomeranian Poodle. The same can't be said for Bart the cat, however.
Here's another photo of Bubbles. Give him an antler treat and he's happy. Owner Martha Meimetis calls Bubbles "the most lovable, kissable, huggable dog we ever had."
This flashy dresser is Buddy, a two-year-old Maltese Yorkie cross, sometimes referred to as a 'Morkie.' Owner Breanne Gould reports that Buddy's favourite treat covers whatever goes into the kitchen, except vegetables.
Not shy for the camera, Buddy's must-have toy is a squeaky bear.
