The Yarilo Music Society is set to light up the stage with the Students Helping Students concert this weekend at the Evergreen Cultural Centre.

The Sunday concert, put on by eight student musicians from the Tri-Cities, will feature the delicate Baroque of Bach, and the romantic harmonies of Chopin and Rachmaninoff.

The society hopes to raise $2,000, the proceeds of which will be donated to the Yarilo Advanced Music Scholarship for musicians in the Tri-Cities.

Tickets are available at the door, and are $15 for students and $25 for adults. The concert begins at 7 p.m.
