Have you seen these alleged Tri-Cities criminals?

Coquitlam RCMP are asking the public to help them locate people who have avoided capture for alleged crimes.

Along with crime analysts and specialized police sections, the RCMP have compiled a list of the most wanted people in the Tri-Cities.

First up is 23-year-old Justin Wayne Bacon, who has outstanding warrants for assault, possession of a dangerous weapon and theft. He is described as a five-footnine, 218-pound Caucasian man with brown hair, hazel eyes and a Pisces tattoo on the front of his neck.

Mark William Champagne, 27, has outstanding warrants for uttering threats, failing to attend court and failing to comply with condition of undertaking/recognizance.

He also has outstanding warrants in New Westminster and Burnaby. Champagne is a Caucasian man who is fivefoot-11 and 199 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Mark Darrell Coughlin is wanted for outstanding theft and fraud warrants.

The 38-year-old Caucasian man is also wanted for an outstanding warrant out of West Vancouver. Coughlin has several aliases, including Mark Darrell Chevrier, Mark Darrell Ritchley, Bull Coughlin, Johnson Darrell Richley, John Coughlan, Jason Ysebaert and Mark Dartell Coughlin. He is five-foot-10 and 300 pounds with brown hair, hazel eyes and a scar on his forehead.

Crystal Ann Crate has outstanding warrants for possession of stolen property, break and enter and driving while prohibited. She also has outstanding warrants out of Port Moody. Crate, 28, is described as a Caucasian woman who is five-foot-three and 141 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Michael Albert Khan, 46, has outstanding warrants for possession of stolen property, theft, failure to comply with condition of an undertaking and failure to attend court.

As well, he has outstanding warrants out of Penticton. Khan is a South Asian man who is five-foot-eight and 155 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and scars near his right eyebrow and nose.

David Bamulasa Kiggundu has outstanding warrants for aggravated assault and failure to comply with condition of undertaking. He also has outstanding warrants out of North Vancouver. He is described as a 36-year-old black man who is five-footseven and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Darren Robert Maurice Moebes has outstanding warrants for unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property, drug possession and drug trafficking. This 43-year-old Caucasian man is five-foot-10 and 189 pounds. He is bald with blue eyes, a black dragon tattoo on the back of his head and a scar on each side of his neck.

Yves Joseph Perron has outstanding warrants for indecent acts, exposure of a genital organ to a person under 16 and failure to attend court. Perron is a 49-year-old Caucasian man who is fivefoot-10 and 172 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

Graeme Sachs Robertson, 29, is wanted for an outstanding warrant for robbery, along with another outstanding warrant out of Surrey. Robertson is a black man who is sixfoot-two and 177 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Sean Michael Ruda is wanted for outstanding warrants for break and enter. The 30-year-old Caucasian man is five-foot-nine and 176 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a Celtic tattoo on his right bicep.
