Walton students celebrate Year of the Dragon

It was a celebration of dragon-like proportions last month at Walton Elementary.

The school, which includes a Mandarin bilingual program, welcomed the new lunar calendar with musical performances by students and staff.

During the special assembly, all six bilingual Mandarin classes participated in Chinese traditional songs and dances.
