Coquitlam's Euna Han posted the fifth best mark at last week's Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour stop in Surrey.
The 11-year-old finished fifth in the girls division, following identical rounds of 79 (158). She placed 13 strokes back of winner Keanna Mason of Maple Ridge.
In the boys bantam division, Asen Woochang Lee, 14, placed eighth behind rounds of 85 and 84 (169), finishing 20 shots back of Chilliwack's Mitchell Thiessen. In 12th spot was fellow Coquitlam native Christopher Matthews, who fired rounds of 91 and 85 (176) Port Moody's Nick Krystal, meanwhile, posted the 10th best score in the junior division. Krystal, 17, posted rounds of 75 and 78 (153), 10 strokes back of the winner. In 15th place was Coquitlam's Mitchell Anderson, with a pair of 86s (172), while Sean Park placed one position back after shooting an 87 and 86.
