Former Port Coquitlam resident Michael Coss will be at the Chapter's outlet in Coquitlam Centre Saturday for a book signing to promote his latest work, The Courage to Come Back.

The book details Coss's life as he rebounded from a near-fatal car accident six years ago that left him in a coma for more than six months.

Coss made great strides in his recovery as a result of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which pumps oxygen into the body at a level higher than atmospheric pressure.

He is donating all proceeds from the sale of his book to help children undergo the same treatment with the help of his foundation, the Michael Coss Brain Injury Foundation.

Coss' book signing is slated from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

For more information, visit his website at www.secondchancestepbystep.org.
