The Feb. 13 session is on "Stress - learning to cope with little and big problems without using." This free session is designed for those who have an alcohol or drug problem, those concerned about their use and people affected by others' use. This is a drop-in program. No registration required. Celebrating the city's 100th birthday, this fundraiser offers sparkling wine and appies from local favourites.
